Frasers Property Limited is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to coordinate campaigns, events and promotions across a Singapore mall. You will drive shopper traffic, support tenant collaborations and oversee digital content and reporting to optimise performance.

The role involves coordinating with agencies and vendors, managing leasing communications and ensuring smooth execution of promotional activities within mall guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and mall events to drive shopper traffic, tenant sales and customer engagement.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including redemption mechanics, event logistics and coordination with agencies, event organisers and vendors.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain good tenant relationships and develop collaborative promotions, exclusive offers and sponsorship opportunities.
• Work closely with tenants to propose and execute marketing ideas, in-mall displays and promotional activities.
• Support tenants' requests relating to publicity, marketing collaborations and other promotional opportunities.
• Market atrium and advertising spaces to potential clients to maximise utilisation and generate additional revenue for the mall.
• Manage casual leasing enquiries, bookings, agreements, billing and related administrative matters.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and compliance with mall guidelines.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content across social media, websites and other digital platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and update digital platforms, in-mall promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and improve work efficiency.
• Prepare marketing reports, track campaign performance and support post-campaign evaluations.
• Monitor project expenditure and assist with budgets, purchase orders and processing of payments.
• Support in other marketing communications, administrative and ad-hoc projects as required.
