Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant on a 1-year renewable contract based at Jalan Boon Lay. Hours are Mon to Fri 8am–5:30pm.

You will edit and proofread product advertorials, assist in creating marketing content for print, digital and social media, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver campaigns on time while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, events management or advertising agency environments.
• Candidate without experience may apply as training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread product-related advertorials, internal communications and marketing content; assist in developing engaging content for print, digital and social media platforms.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product microsites, video productions and sales enablement materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop effective marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate and execute marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure marketing communications materials are relevant, engaging and aligned with the intended target audience.
• Manage marketing material processes from quotation requests and vendor appointment to briefing, execution, coordination and final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and agencies to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements and timelines.
• Monitor multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion.
• Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and initiatives.
• Support basic administrative activities, including quotation requests, vendor coordination and application of visit passes.
