Job summary

PBT EXPRESS in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan, oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory control, distribution and delivery management. You will ensure goods are received, stored, transported and delivered efficiently, safely, on time and at optimal cost.

You will supervise logistics personnel, coordinate with suppliers and transport providers, implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics / Supply Chain; certifications are an advantage.
• 5+ years in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain ops.
• Experience in supervising logistics teams and cost management.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS and TMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, planning and coordination.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure on‑time deliveries and cost efficiency.
• Lead logistics staff, including drivers and coordinators; supervise roster and performance.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost savings, and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and KPI reporting; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, and warehouses to scale operations.
