Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring for a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to oversee daily inbound/outbound activities, picking, packing, and inventory. You will ensure accurate order fulfilment and maintain service levels.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Logistics or related field and have 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience. Singaporean Only. Working hours are Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:45pm) at Changi South with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Singaporean Only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory operations.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment and achievement of service levels and productivity targets.
• Manage manpower allocation, workflow, and frontline operations.
• Coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and customer requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and drive process improvement and cost optimisation.
