Qualifications

• Experience in senior software engineering or technology leadership across multiple teams
• Track record in enterprise engineering direction and scalable operating models
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, observability and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with SRE practices like incident management and capacity planning
• Ability to influence executive decisions and align outcomes with enterprise priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; postgraduate qualifications advantageous
• Domain knowledge in financial market infrastructure is preferred
