Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director for Bus Information Systems to lead planning, development, implementation and operations of bus information systems across fleet management, passenger info and data analytics.

You will define technology roadmaps, oversee cybersecurity governance, vendor management, and system lifecycle management, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions aligned with national public transport objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in ICT, transportation technology, or related fields, with leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of system architecture, software delivery, data analytics, cloud technologies, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, development, implementation and maintenance of bus information systems.
• Drive digital transformation of bus operations with emerging technologies.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability and future readiness.
• Lead vendor, contract, and stakeholder management with operators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance and compliance for OT/IT Bus systems.
• Direct operations, incident response, and business continuity planning for high availability.
• Leverage data to drive performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior management on technology investments and risks.
