Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director, Bus Information Systems to lead planning, development, and operations of mission-critical bus information systems. You will drive technology strategies, partner with public transport operators and vendors, and oversee governance, cyber security, and lifecycle management to ensure reliability and future readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of ICT/transport technology experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, development, implementation and maintenance of bus information systems.
• Drive digital transformation of bus operations and adopt emerging technologies.
• Establish roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability and scalability.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and stakeholders across public transport operators and partners.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance for OT and IT systems supporting bus operations.
• Direct incident response, problem management, and business continuity planning.
• Leverage data to drive performance, insights, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic advice on technology investments and risks to senior management.
