Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Lead, Third Party Resilience Assurance to design, maintain and enhance Third Party Resilience requirements within Group Operational Resilience. You will ensure delivery of resilience activities across the Bank in collaboration with TPRM, SCM, Legal and the wider Resilience community, driving effective governance and risk-based assurance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall working experience in Banking domain.
• 5+ years working experience covering operational / business resilience in financial institutions, with specialisation in risk and assurance functions.
• Ability to see how a third party, process, technology, people, controls and business service connect.
• Analytical and able to assess data and identify trending and patterns from review results/outcome.
• Technically sound Business Continuity Management experience and strong Third Party Resilience experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage delivery of Third Party Resilience governance, controls and reporting to align with global strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Support digitisation and transformation activities to drive Third Party Resilience capabilities.
• Influence Resilience by Design principles across Third Party initiatives with Business and functions.
• Provide SME inputs to standardise Third Party resilience processes across all Third Party types.
• Lead assessment of risks, issues and controls for Third Party Resilience across Group.
• Provide escalation and governance reporting to senior management and Boards.
