Zusammenfassung

Standard Chartered in Singapore seeks a Lead, Third Party Resilience Assurance to design and enhance resilience requirements across the Group. You will lead delivery, governance, and reporting, collaborating with TPRM, SCM, Legal, and business units to ensure compliant and robust continuity against disruptions.

You will drive data-driven assurance, develop forward-looking insights, and mentor a team while embedding risk-based culture aligned with regulatory expectations and bank-wide resilience

Qualifikationen

10+ years of experience in Banking, with focus on resilience and risk controls.
5+ years in operational/business resilience, risk management or assurance.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends from data.
Experience coordinating with Legal, SCM, TPRM and risk governance teams.

Aufgaben

Lead strategy for Third Party Resilience with governance and controls.
Drive assurance coverage including data analytics and automation.
Coordinate with Business, Legal and risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop reporting on Third Party Resilience landscape and risk metrics.
Mentor and manage junior resilience staff and drive governance forums.
