UWCSEA East invites applications for a Primary School Student Support Strategic Lead (K–5) to guide the unified student support program across Learning Support, EAL, SEL, Counselling and Occupational Therapy. The role emphasizes systems innovation, data-informed practice, and holistic learner outcomes within the Learning Programme.

You will build streamlined referral pathways, central data systems, and data-guided reviews to ensure universal access and meaningful inclusion for every child.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary student support teams.
• Experience designing and implementing data dashboards and referral pathways.
• Experience with EAL, SEL and Occupational Therapy in primary settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide a happy, stimulating, safe learning environment for all children to thrive.
• Lead Primary Student Support Team and manage a single referral pathway for teachers and families.
• Oversee data dashboards and progress monitoring across the support provision.
• Collaborate with teachers to design accessible and challenging learning engagements.
• Support transitions between stages (Infants to Juniors to Middle School).
• Deliver Professional Learning for staff and partners.
