Job summary

UWCSEA East in Singapore invites applications for August 2027 for a Primary School Student Support Strategic Lead (K–5). The role leads a multidisciplinary team delivering Learning Support, EAL, SEL, Counselling and Occupational Therapy, ensuring inclusive, data‑driven practices across the Learning Programme.

You will build streamlined referral paths, central data systems, and data‑guided reviews to monitor student needs, to support every learner with universal access and meaningful challenge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Teaching qualification with 5–8 years in teaching and leadership.
• Experience working with students with additional learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Primary Student Support Team and drive data-guided reviews.
• Maintain a single referral pathway for teachers and families.
• Oversee a unified entry support dashboard and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate assessments and admissions for students requiring support.
• Design and deliver Professional Learning for staff.
• Foster partnerships with parents and students for transitions.
