Job summary

SSA Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts in Training solutions.

You will research sector trends, identify client needs, connect with decision makers, and present compelling proposals to achieve sales targets. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential, along with coaching mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of corporate sales experience preferred but those without are welcome to apply.
• Experience in training solution sales is an added advantage.
• Able to identify and connect with key decision makers for enterprise Learning and Development.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Coachable.

Responsibilities

• Research and monitor sectorial skill trends, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development.
• Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation.
• Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments.
• Prepare sales proposal and quotations.
• Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback.
• Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target).
• Achieve assigned sales goals.
• Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by direct reporting superior or from the management team.
