Cordlife Group Limited is seeking a proactive healthcare sales professional in Singapore to promote banking services to healthcare leaders and hospital admins. You will build relationships, drive inquiries, and expand market share through new channels.

The role requires 3+ years in medical sales or nursing experience, with strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, and a valid driving license.

Qualificações

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales OR entry-level in Nursing.
• Strong familiarity with the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• High level of initiative with a fast learning ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
• Valid driving license and access to (or ability to rent) a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Cordlife’s healthcare banking services to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and referral partners
• Drive enquiry generation and achieve assigned sales targets within your territory
• Expand market share through strategic engagement and new channel development
• Manage and support maternity hospital-related events and initiatives
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports and updates
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Represent Cordlife at public events, seminars, and professional forums
• Oversee operational matters for Client Relations Officers (if assigned)
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards at cord blood collection sites
• Act as deputy for cord blood collection site management and readiness
