Job summary

Percept Solutions PTE. LTD. invites an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end ICT projects in a dynamic environment. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to client requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We seek a professional with at least 4 years in IT project management, a relevant degree, strong networking/cloud/security knowledge, and solid communication and presentation skills. SI background preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT project management experience, medium to large ICT projects.
• Bachelor degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong networking, cloud and security knowledge.
• SI background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solver and critical thinker.
• Project and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• IT and project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Own from start to finish delivery of projects.
• Deliver projects meeting quality, budget and schedule with user requirements.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources.
• Monitor resource utilization for planning and scheduling.
• Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external).
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Manage scope creep and change control, schedule slippage and issues.
• Ensure timely submission of project reports.
• Collaborate with clients to close contractual milestones for billing.
