Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking a seasoned IT project administrator to support the Enterprise Transformation team in Singapore. You will coordinate SAP-related projects, manage tickets, prepare reports, and assist in contract and invoicing workflows to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires 4–7 years of IT project administration experience, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to act as a single point of contact for project documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of administrative experience with 4 years in IT project administration including reporting in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting multiple IT project activities: reports, contracts, tickets, project billing and tracking.
• Systematic, organized with strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Able to prepare flowcharts, schedules and action plans.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup), PowerPoint, MS Project.
• Experience with contracts, finance and accounting related activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BU leader, SDMs and Project Managers; provide administrative support.
• Facilitate SAP project and AMS accounts: scheduling, minutes, presentations, training.
• Monitor ticket status and assign to consultants; prepare external service/utilization reports.
• Prepare management reports and renewal tracking; manage invoicing workflow.
• Serve as the primary contact for AMS Ticketing Tool; onboarding and user guidance.
• Track projects, contracts, sub-contracts, invoicing and statuses; maintain documentation.
• Support resource planning, hours tracking and cost monitoring; assist in risk control.
