Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading and delivering SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP Payroll is advantageous.
• Experience with Singapore-based customers preferred.

About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner.The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery Management
   Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery across planning, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.Prepare and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance reports.Ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget
   
2. Scope Control and Change Management
   Maintain strict control over project scope based on the approved SOW. Identify scope deviations early and manage change requests properly. Ensure additional customer requirements are assessed, documented, estimated, and commercially addressed before execution.
   
3. Project Financial Management
   Track project effort, budget, burn rate, revenue, cost, margin, and forecast. Work closely with internal leadership to ensure project profitability is maintained. Monitor resource utilization and ensure delivery effort is aligned with the approved commercial model.
   
4. Customer and Stakeholder Management
   Act as the main project coordination point with customer stakeholders. Manage customer expectations professionally and proactively. Prepare and present project status updates for working committees and steering committees. Handle escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
   
5. Internal Team Management
   Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and PMO teams. Ensure clear ownership of tasks across team members. Drive accountability, follow-ups, issue closure, and timely delivery. Support the team during critical project phases such as UAT, cutover, payroll parallel runs, and go-live.
   
6. Governance and Quality Control
   Ensure project documentation, deliverables, trackers, and status reports are maintained properly. Conduct regular internal reviews to identify delivery risks and quality gaps. Ensure risks and issues are escalated early with clear mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading and delivering SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, S/4HANA, or SAP integration projects is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience working with Singapore-based customers is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle customer escalations, multiple workstreams, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable operating in a consulting environmentwithcommercial accountability
