Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Autodesk software.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic firewall troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Service oriented, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
