Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement Analyst to develop category and sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize indirect marketing spend through data-driven insights.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement, with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and analytics to drive cost savings and performance improvements across Media, Creative, Social, Events and Market Research categories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of procurement experience with strategy development.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Experience with indirect spend, preferably in marketing.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional procurement projects.
• Track record of cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect marketing spend (Media, Creative, Social, Events, Market Research).
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure value and quality.
• Support end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx, evaluations, negotiations.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decisions.
• Establish KPIs and monitor supplier and category performance.
• Lead or support strategic procurement projects for process improvement and automation.
• Identify opportunities to automate procurement processes to reduce manual work.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance procurement efficiency.
