Job summary

ISS Singapore seeks a senior professional to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) as country function head. You will drive the HSEQ strategy, maintain the Integrated Management System and ensure ISO standard conformance across multi-site operations.

You will lead audits, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Operations, Sustainability and Procurement. The role requires senior leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strong English communication to

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental management, quality or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001; 22000 advantageous).
• Proven senior HSEQ leadership in complex, multi-site environments.
• Fluent English with strong written and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the country HSEQ strategy and action plan.
• Develop, implement and continually improve the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure conformity with ISO standards and local Singapore requirements.
• Lead the HSEQ assurance programme including audits and corrective actions.
• Drive HSEQ culture and leadership across operations.
• Lead, develop and manage the HSEQ team and budget.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability and other functions.
