Job summary

Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is seeking a capable HR professional to join the HQ team in Singapore. You will lead strategic workforce planning and job evaluation efforts, coordinating with stakeholders to shape workforce profiles and drive change management.

The role also focuses on refining employer branding and the employee value proposition to attract top talent, while acting as the main liaison with the union to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience in manpower planning and/or job evaluation in the Singapore public sector.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, senior management and contributors at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage SWP and JE exercises with stakeholders and drive change management through to implementation.
• Review and refine SFA’s employer branding strategies and employee value proposition to attract talent.
• Serve as SFA’s primary point of contact for union-related matters and foster collaboration with the union.
