Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• IHRP certification is advantageous
• 6–8 years HR generalist experience, with 2+ years in supervision or leadership

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HRBP and partner with designated business units and senior leaders
• Lead end-to-end HR delivery including policies, employment laws, and data governance
• Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and develop L&D frameworks for growth
• Oversee payroll, compliance, and data protection (PDPA)
