You will blend Strategic HR Business Partnering with Operational Excellence, partnering with regional leaders to align people strategies with business goals, and mentor junior HR team members to foster a high-performance culture across Singapore and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP) is advantageous.
• 6–8 years HR generalist experience with 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR partner to designated business units and senior leaders.
• Identify workforce trends and design data-driven HR solutions.
• Lead change management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
