Job summary

National University Health System is seeking a strategic Planning Lead to drive initiatives increasing screening and vaccination uptake in the Western population. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement plans, and work with IT teams to extract data and generate insights.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years in healthcare, with strong analytical, planning and communication skills. You will report to the Planning Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Experience in strategic planning or programme development advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the screening and vaccination rate in the population in the West.
• Develop and implement prototypes to test the strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement plans to increase screening and vaccination rates.
• Work with internal stakeholders on the extraction of data and reports from IT system.
• Analysis of data for screening and vaccination; Track and analyse screening and vaccination rate in population; Analyse data to determine outreach areas.
• Any other duties as assigned.
