Job summary

BVNK in Singapore is seeking a Head of Risk to lead risk management for the local business and help shape the regulatory footprint across the region. Reporting to the VP, Group Risk & Governance, you will oversee the risk framework, appetite, KRIs and reporting.

This senior, hands-on role requires collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, plus ongoing MAS engagement. You will balance growth with regulatory expectations and foster a proactive risk culture as BVNK scales.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk management within regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of MAS and Singapore regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain ERM frameworks and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore risk management framework and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead EWRA and develop KRIs for Singapore entity.
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge to the business.
• Manage risk reporting to senior management and boards.
• Engage with MAS and regulators on risk matters.
• Foster a strong risk culture and cross-team collaboration.
