Credence Consulting seeks a Strategic Manager to shape long-term direction and drive execution with senior leadership. You will translate vision into actionable plans, identify growth opportunities, and monitor delivery against strategic goals across functions.

The role requires robust analytical capability, excellent communication, and a track record of managing cross-functional projects to advance corporate strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing projects and working across teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop, refine, and communicate the company's strategic plans and annual priorities
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Build business cases, financial models, and recommendations for senior management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects from planning through execution
• Define KPIs and track performance, reporting progress and insights to leadership
• Support M&A, partnerships, or new market entry evaluations where relevant
• Facilitate strategy workshops and align stakeholders across departments
