Job summary

Raycore Technologies PTE. LTD. (202645908D) is seeking a Managing Director to steer the overall strategy, corporate planning and operations. You will identify strategic investments, assess opportunities in technology sectors and oversee due diligence for portfolio development.

You will build and manage relationships with investors and partners, monitor performance, lead negotiations and drive growth across Singapore and the broader Asian region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in senior management, investment management, corporate strategy or business development.
• Proven track record in senior management, strategic decision-making and leading business initiatives.
• Experience in investment evaluation, commercial assessment, due diligence and portfolio development.
• Experience in technology-intensive industries, especially semiconductor or related sectors, is valued.
• Experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing senior-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall business strategy, corporate planning and operational activities.
• Identify and evaluate strategic investment and business opportunities in technology-related sectors.
• Oversee investment assessment, commercial evaluation, due diligence and portfolio development.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with investors, business partners and industry stakeholders.
• Review business performance, financial plans and key operational matters, and implement improvements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with key partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
• Develop cross-border opportunities and support growth in Singapore and the wider Asian market.
