Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a committed Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, planning, and governance within the organization.

You will oversee group accounting activities, ensure compliance with SGX, IFRS, and other regulatory standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The role requires strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, tax computations, and banking relationships, with a focus on cost discipline and process improvement across

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) is an advantage.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in Construction / Engineering.
• Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory submissions.
• Oversee monthly management reporting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee GST submissions and corporate income tax computations.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with business heads and project teams.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure budgets and cost discipline.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash flow and liquidity.
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, internal audit, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and regulators.
• Provide technical accounting advice for new projects and transactions.
• Partner with leaders to improve process efficiency and reporting consistency.
