ELEMENTAL MANPOWER SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the company's management, coordinate cross-functional functions and align operations with strategic objectives.

You will supervise sales, R&D, product operations, finance and compliance, and drive organizational effectiveness across the business. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. The role demands high leadership, strong communication, strategic thinking and proven ability to deliver on complex priorities

Formación

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years’ experience in management roles.
• Knowledge of import/export processes.
• High business awareness and acumen.
• Understanding financial management and governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong crisis management and conflict mediation abilities.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin for client liaison.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives for the Company and ensure results.
• Coordinate sales, market development, R&D and product operations within the Company.
• Establish and improve organizational systems and build an efficient team with strong communication.
• Manage internal/external relationships and protect the Company's brand and reputation.
• Formulate the management department's business plan aligned with group strategy and oversee execution.
• Oversee overall operations of the organization.
• Monitor market information, drive product innovation and enhance market competitiveness.
• Ensure all legal regulatory documents are filed and compliance is monitored.
