Job summary

The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to engage with Chinese stakeholders; Mandarin/Cantonese fluency is highly valued as you partner with the Board and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role with P&L oversight.
• Strong strategic planning and transformation delivery experience.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams across multiple venues.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including board engagement and Mandarin/Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the organisation’s strategic vision, growth agenda, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead full P&L management, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple venues and business functions.
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Strengthen brand positioning and enhance customer engagement and experience.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Partner closely with the Board and key stakeholders on governance and long-term strategy.
