Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks an experienced FP&A Lead to drive end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple sites in Singapore. You will develop and enhance financial models for CAPEX, new markets and strategic initiatives, partnering with the CFO and senior leadership to influence decisions.

You will act as a finance business partner to Commercial, Operations and Engineering teams, delivering KPI dashboards and data-driven insights to improve performance and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications preferred.
• 10+ years in regional FP&A and finance partnering, preferably in tech/telecom/asset-intensive industries.
• Strong Excel, Tableau/Power BI and ERP proficiency; strong modelling and reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen; translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A cycle across multiple sites, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build and enhance financial models for CAPEX, expansion and new markets.
• Partner with CFO and leadership to shape strategic decisions.
• Finance business partner to Commercial, Operations and Engineering teams.
• Drive KPI dashboards, management reporting and performance analytics.
• Leverage Excel modelling and scenario analysis for sensitivity analysis.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve finance processes.
