HEN TICK FOODS PTE. LTD, a fresh frozen foods company in Jurong, seeks a Production Planning Coordinator to coordinate customer orders, production planning, and inventory to ensure timely fulfillment in a food processing environment.

You will review WOFs, schedule production, analyze demand and capacity, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to maintain schedules and optimize inventory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain management.
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory management specific to Food Production.
• Good Excel and data analysis skills to support planning and reporting.
• Effective communication, coordination, and follow-up skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Review and process Work Order Forms (WOF) from Sales to initiate production activities.
• Prepare and coordinate daily and forward production schedules to align with demand and capacity.
• Plan production by analyzing customer demand, delivery deadlines, capacity constraints, and material availability.
• Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on outstanding or delayed orders to maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential material shortages to prevent production disruptions.
• Analyze sales demand and upcoming production requirements to support accurate planning.
• Prepare detailed reports on production status, order fulfillment, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
