HEN TICK COLDSTORAGE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Production Planner to coordinate customer orders, production planning, and inventory management in our fresh frozen food facility in Singapore. You will align demand with capacity, manage schedules, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 2–5 years in production planning or supply chain roles, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and a high level of attention

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Review Work Order Forms (WOF) from Sales to initiate production activities.
• Prepare and coordinate daily and forward production schedules to align with demand and capacity.
• Plan production by analyzing customer demand, delivery deadlines, capacity constraints, and material availability.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on outstanding or delayed orders to maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential material shortages to prevent production disruptions.
• Analyze sales demand and upcoming production requirements to support accurate planning.
• Prepare detailed reports on production status, order fulfillment, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.

HEN TICK is a fresh frozen food company in Jurong with 50 years of experience. It operates a purpose-built facility with cold storage, processing, packaging, and a showroom. The company imports, exports, wholesales, and distributes frozen and chilled foods island-wide.

Job Summary

You will coordinate customer orders, production planning, and inventory to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Work Order Forms (WOF) from Sales to initiate production activities
• Prepare and coordinate daily and forward production schedules to align with demand and capacity
• Plan production by analyzing customer demand, delivery deadlines, capacity constraints, and material availability
• Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on outstanding or delayed orders to maintain schedules
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain management
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory management specific to Food Production
• Good Excel and data analysis skills to support planning and reporting
• Effective communication, coordination, and follow-up skills to manage cross-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
