Castlery is seeking a Finance Business Partner, Supply Chain to join our Finance team. You will own the financial view of COGS, inventory and fulfilment, turning operational data into actionable insights that improve profitability and enable scalable growth.

You will analyse end-to-end costs, provide margin commentary, identify savings opportunities, and lead budgeting and forecasting for Supply Chain and COGS.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce environments is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business; professional accounting qualification preferred
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, gross margin and linking ops metrics to financial outcomes
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills for large datasets
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, NetSuite or similar data sources is advantageous
• Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to translate analyses into action
• Commercial judgement and capability to challenge stakeholders and influence decisions

Responsabilités

• Analyse end-to-end cost to serve from landed product cost to last-mile delivery
• Provide variance analysis on cost of sales, gross margin and supply chain performance
• Identify cost leakage and savings opportunities across logistics networks
• Own budgeting, forecasting and performance management for Supply Chain and COGS
• Improve forecast accuracy and cost visibility with driver-based planning across freight, warehousing, fulfilment and delivery
• Support buy budgets and open-to-buy with Category and Demand Planning teams
• Analyse pricing, margin and SKU efficiency to inform range reviews and decisions
• Track refunds and returns by product to catch margin leakage
