Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and enable strategic decision-making across divisions. You will lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, work with division leads to assess business cases, and translate complex data into clear narratives to drive resource allocation.

You will monitor project expenditure, analyse variances, and support month-end close while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with government

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance required with professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Partner with division leads to evaluate business cases and allocate resources.
• Monitor project expenditure, track milestones, and flag financial risks; advise users on financial matters.
