Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is partnering with a established logistics and supply chain company to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. You will lead the finance team, oversee daily accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with SFRS, GST and tax requirements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, audits, and driving process improvements through digitalisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Chartered Accountant with ISCA membership.
• Minimum 7 years in finance, accounting and audit, including 3 years external audit and 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST, corporate tax and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and analysis.
• Experience managing a finance team and engaging with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Jet Reports is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance Department, overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting and team development.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and cash management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and performance reports for Management.
• Analyze financial results, profitability, cash flow and operating expenses, recommending improvements to enhance business performance and cost efficiency.
• Manage working capital, treasury activities, banking facilities and financing arrangements.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS, GST, corporate tax and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits, tax submissions and regulatory filings with external auditors, tax consultants and authorities.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, business partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, finance digitalisation and business transformation initiatives.
• Support Management on financial strategies, business projects and other ad hoc assignments.
