Job summary

CLEARSTATE (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to support the CFO in budgeting, financial planning, and performance analytics across the business. The role focuses on ARR metrics, project profitability, and data integrity across systems, bridging finance with sales and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in FP&A or related fields, is CA/CPA qualified, and proficient in ERP and BI tools to drive strategic initiatives and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of FP&A, finance, or consulting experience.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong knowledge of revenue models (subscription, project-based).
• Experience with ARR metrics and SaaS/data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, cost, and margins across products and regions.
• Prepare board packs with clear commentary on financial performance.
• Define ARR policies and report ARR monthly.
• Ensure data integrity across Netsuite, CRM, and project tools.
