Job summary
Changi General Hospital seeks an analytical Assistant Manager to join the Strategic Finance team in Singapore. You will support strategic financial planning, costing and pricing analysis, business case development, and financial modelling across the organisation.
You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive cost optimisation and long-term financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, FP&A, or business analysis
- Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred
- Tableau, Power BI, Python, or AI analytics tools will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently under tight timelines
Responsibilities
- Support strategic financial planning, costing and pricing analysis, and business case development.
- Develop financial modelling and national costing initiatives across the organisation.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making, cost optimisation, and long-term financial sustainability.
