Responsibilities

• Own Push-Out Billing process: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the push-out billing model, enabling accurate and timely billing to manufacturing partners based on approved material and cost structures.
• Maintain FBOM to convert Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM with monthly cross functional tie out between RDD and Supply Chain.
• Drive ERP and Systems Integration: Partner with IT teams to design and implement system capabilities that automate BOM costing, billing generation, validation controls, and financial reporting, reducing manual intervention and improving scalability.
• Ensure Billing Accuracy and Financial Control: Implement robust controls, reconciliations, and audit trails to ensure billing transactions are complete, accurate, and fully supported by underlying BOM and cost data.
• Cross-Functional Transformation: Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, RDD, Procurement, and Manufacturing Partners to drive successful deployment, adoption, and continuous enhancement of the push-out billing operating model.
