The ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B with senior ops experience, strong budgeting, and food-safety know-how. You will lead teams, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate weekend coverage while upholding regulatory requirements

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in food and beverage industry with 3+ in senior ops leadership.
• Experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant operations.
• Proficient budgeting, P&L, cost control, and procurement.
• Knowledge of Singapore food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership with ability to build standards and drive performance.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, and problem solving.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including weekends/public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business strategies, operating plans and budgets to support sustainable business growth.

2. Oversee the company’s fast-food operations, ensuring consistent food quality, customer service, operational efficiency and brand standards.

3. Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, food costs and profitability, and implement measures to improve business performance.

4. Establish and review standard operating procedures covering food preparation, inventory control, purchasing, service delivery and outlet management.

5. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms to maintain reliable supplies, product quality and cost efficiency.

6. Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, staff development and the performance of the operations team.

7. Ensure that business operations comply with applicable licensing, food safety, workplace safety and employment requirements.

8. Lead marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities to strengthen brand awareness and sales.

9. Evaluate business development opportunities, including potential outlet locations, delivery channels and commercial partnerships.

10. Report business performance, financial results and key operational matters to shareholders, and implement agreed business decisions.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, including at least 3 years in a senior management role with responsibility for business operations and financial performance in fast food industry.

2. Relevant experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant operations is required.

3. Strong understanding of budgeting, profit and loss management, cost control, procurement and inventory management.

4. Practical knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and regulatory requirements relevant to food and beverage operations in Singapore.

5. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, establish operating standards and drive performance improvements.

6. Strong commercial judgement, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attend to operational needs during weekends and public holidays when required.
