Job summary

Mr Su is seeking an experienced and commercially driven F&B Business Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the company's food and beverage operations, people management, digital commerce activities and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, F&B, retail, e-commerce, sales management, HR or business development.
Experience coordinating multiple business functions and working with Singapore operations preferred.
Experience with F&B outlets, retail, or digital commerce platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and related activities.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency.
Monitor performance and address issues.
Coordinate with outlets and ops teams to ensure standards.
Lead workforce planning and staff deployment.
Partner with HR on attendance and performance matters.
Analyze sales data and drive revenue and conversion.
Manage online listings and digital channels.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to ensure supply.
Enhance customer experience and retention.
Prepare management reports and recommendations.
Take ownership of operational improvement projects from planning through implementation.
