Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore invites an experienced Regional Security Manager to translate global strategy into regional execution, overseeing physical security risk, preparedness, awareness and service delivery to strengthen security across APAC.

You will lead assessments, champion programs, manage budgets, dashboards and audits, while partnering with Legal, Compliance, HR and IT to protect colleagues, clients and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years' experience in physical security operations in a regional or multi-site corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of regional culture across APAC.
• Experience with physical security risk assessments, emergency response and guarding operations.
• Proven people management experience with direct reports and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory and industry requirements.
• Ability to translate global standards regionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Physical Security Risk Assessments (PSRAs) and the development and review of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) across the region.
• Lead the regional Physical Security Champion program, ensuring coverage, appointments and quarterly training.
• Manage regional risks within the global physical security risk register and drive mitigation strategies.
• Develop and present regional security metrics and quarterly dashboards to demonstrate impact and inform investments.
• Drive security awareness, policy compliance and crisis preparedness, including tabletop exercises.
• Oversee regional guarding, transport and Command Centre operations, ensuring service delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage regional physical security budget, including Opex, Capex, training and travel.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and privacy requirements relating to physical security operations.
• Represent PSS on Regional Risk and People Risk Committees and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with regional leadership and key functions (Legal, Compliance, HR, Privacy, IT, CRE, GSM, Finance).
• Lead physical security support for audits and for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring smooth transitions.
