Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking a Manager, Strategy, Performance & Data Analytics to lead strategic planning, performance reporting and data-driven decision-making across Community Social Services. You will partner with programme leads, finance, quality, digital transformation and researchers to translate strategy into operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, analytics, or service development.
• Experience leading projects or strategic initiatives (min 2 years).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or Design Thinking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, performance reporting, and service analytics.
• Develop dashboards and data insights for planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate governance of data accuracy, definitions and reporting.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and AI adoption across CSS programmes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to implement strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, board papers and strategic presentations.
