Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, social science research, or public health data evaluation.
• Strong command of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for eldercare, active ageing, and the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data collection frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
• Build and maintain secure databases tracking participation, KPIs, health indicators, and feedback.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, predict service demand, and identify improvement areas.
• Develop interactive dashboards to present metrics to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with program management to streamline workflows and optimize resources.
