Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Engineering, Architecture & Delivery leader to shape and implement enterprise-grade security across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will drive strategic IT security investments, define security principles, and mentor project teams on secure design, DevSecOps practices, and compliance. The role demands broad security expertise and the ability to translate risk into actionable controls.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering or computer science.
• 8+ years of IT security experience.
• Certifications in networking or cyber security (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
• Experience defining security architectural principles and policy.
• Experience with emerging technologies to design and implement security solutions for enterprise and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of information security, application design, HA architectures and networking.
• DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD tooling experience preferred.
• Security architecture of cloud-native applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for IT security investments and technology adoption to maximize effectiveness of IT security controls against evolving threats.
• Develop and maintain standards, methodologies and best practices for security management.
• Provide consultancy on IT security architecture and design considerations to IT project teams.
• Lead in design and implementation of IT security platforms and related software (IAM, data protection, anti-malware, vulnerability management, security monitoring, compliance).
• Perform security reviews of IT systems and identify gaps in security architecture.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance are implemented on servers and end-points.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on cyber security issues and project status.
