Job summary

NodeFlair seeks a CTRM Application Support Analyst for its Singapore team to support a mission-critical CTRM platform across energy commodities. You will participate in implementations, provide technical support, and assist in pre-sales activities with demos and client presentations.

Strong SQL, .NET and C# skills are required, with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS/Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12 years of experience with database design, SQL, .NET, and C# (preferred).
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Exposure to OO programming languages such as C#.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

About the job CTRM Application Support Analyst

We're working with a growing technology leader in the energy trading & risk management (ETRM/CTRM) space, known for its mission-critical software platform supporting commodities such as natural gas, electricity, crude oil, and refined products. As part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a CTRM Application Support Analyst to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 60k-84k / year (excluding bonus).

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in implementation, enhancement, and integration projects:

installing, configuring, testing, and supporting software both onsite and remotely.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science/Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience with database design, SQL, .NET, and C# (preferred).

Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.

Exposure to object-oriented programming languages such as C#.

Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Energy/commodity trading industry knowledge is a bonus.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.

Open to junior candidates with strong technical foundations. Occasional travel may be required.
