Job summary

JL Group Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Cost & Management Accountant to oversee cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

The role supports business planning, operational efficiency, and decision-making with accurate financial insights. You will monitor production costs, prepare cost reports, manage budgeting processes, and develop KPI dashboards to drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA/CPA are advantageous.
• At least 2 years in cost or management accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost accounting, analysis, and cost reports with variances versus budget.
• Budgeting, forecasts, and business planning support.
• Management reporting, profitability analysis by unit/project.
• Inventory valuation, stock movements, and internal controls.
• Collaboration with operations, procurement, and production for cost efficiency.
