Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Manager to oversee communications, public relations and stakeholder engagement initiatives within the life insurance sector, while providing secretariat support and coordinating industry-related activities.

You will manage media communications, social/digital channels with external PR partners, liaise with regulators and industry stakeholders, and prepare industry publications and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Insurance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing or insurance.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, project coordination or regulatory affairs is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage public relations activities, media communications, press releases and events.
• Oversee social media and digital communications in collaboration with external PR partners.
• Liaise with member companies, regulators, government agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate industry surveys, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare industry publications, presentations and communication materials.
• Support industry initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory awareness.
