• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including executive storytelling, multimedia assets, and social media content.
• Strategic agility, crisis management expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shape, manage, and execute comprehensive customer communication plans for major business transformations, ensuring governance and messaging consistency.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders. Draft speeches, thought-leadership articles, executive notes, and social media content to drive media presence.
• Partner with business leaders to create two-way employee communication programs and elevate local wins to global channels.
• Build media relationships, draft proactive press briefs, and craft corporate narratives to showcase milestones.
• Safeguard organizational reputation by developing and executing crisis communication plans during high-pressure situations.
