Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, marketing or related field.
• 8–10 years in corporate communications with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale communication and brand strategies.
• Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive brand ecosystem strategy for cancer care-focused institute.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, donors, providers, researchers and government bodies; create integrated communication plans.
• Drive brand awareness and expand market reach; craft narratives positioning the institute as a thought leader in cancer care.
• Champion internal communications to align staff with goals and values; collaborate with leadership to shape culture.
• Establish crisis and reputation management framework; act as spokesperson for sensitive external communications.
• Oversee content across platforms (social, web, newsletters, press); guide digital strategy using analytics.
• Lead high-profile events and public relations efforts with media to promote programs and partnerships.
• Mentor and develop the communications team; provide training and growth opportunities to ensure excellence.
