• Experience and industry knowledge of the CM HLA commodity.
• Experience in negotiation and supplier management.
• Experience working with globally matrix-organized teams and across business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies to ensure availability of high-quality Higher Level Assemblies at best prices.
• Monitor market trends, assess risk factors and identify opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.
• Oversee and manage supplier value to align with commodity strategy and drive performance measures.
• Define and adapt sourcing strategy within the commodity, including spend, price development, lead times, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure sufficient contract coverage of strategic suppliers and define contract requirements to support commodity strategy.
• Align with R&D and product development on future technology demand for the commodity.
